You do not need to hit every day
Studies show that intercourse every other day during the fertile window results in nearly identical pregnancy rates compared to daily intercourse, while significantly reducing relationship burnout.
Aim for before, not after
Sperm can take hours to swim to the fallopian tubes. If you wait to have sex until you feel ovulation cramps, the egg may already be dying. Pre-loading sperm on O-2 is statistically superior.
Cycle variation moves the window
